Would be fantastic if you could set the % function for duplicates to automatically delete all duplicates that are of a certain % match (e.g. automatically remove all duplicates that are 95% or greater similarity)5 votes
Which record to keep? We could keep any or pick the one with the “most” data.
I am in a Systematic Review workshop, and we are looking at Rayyan along with some other tools. A concern from several participants is what would happen if QCRI stopped supporting Rayyan or if it was bought by Elsevier, etc.
Making Rayyan an open source prioject would help allay some of these concerns. The QCRI team could also benefit from community input.1 vote
Parts of Rayyan are already open source, see https://github.com/rayyanqcri/. Making the whole Rayyan open source is something we’re thinking about.
Allow users to filter articles by whether or not it has an abstract (similar to organizing articles by publication type, etc).5 votes
Sorry but the previous comment was meant to a different suggestion.
Having an issue when connected to WiFi/network I get a message saying “New include/exclude decisions were created outside the app. The screen will now refresh to fetch these updates.” Once I hit “okay” my article list gets deleted and has to be re-downloaded. The only way I’ve found to prevent this is working offline while in the app. I’m on iPhone, iOS 11.112 votes
Provide a way to organize (e.g., by project) or archive reviews.4 votes
The archiving functionality is already in place now. For organizing into projects, this is under review.
Would it be possible to add an option which would allow transfer of 'ownership' of the review to one of the collaborators.. in the event that the 'owner' steps off the project?5 votes
Thanks for this great app. My comments are regarding the mobile app. Currently, even when the blind function is off, one cannot see the articles that have been decided on by another collaborator nor their decision on it. It would be great if this functionality is added to future editions.2 votes
Dear Rayyan User,
We thank you for your feedback on the app.
As it is now, the app provides only a view on what you, the current user, is doing and does not show labels and decisions from others. The blind function will only affect the Web app. This was a design choice to deliver a less crowded user interface and a lighter app. We will look at your suggestions as we get more feedback from our users.
Thank you for using Rayyan.
