Have a 'Primary Researcher' override option for inclusion/exclusion decisions
Most reviews will have a primary researcher that may review all title/abstract results, with collaborators doing a percentage for inclusion validity/reliability. It is likely there will be some conflict, and there needs to be a 'resolution' or 'override' function available to the primary researcher. These conflicting results still need to be resolved, but at the moment they are automatically excluded.

Be able to change a reviewer's vote as the owner of the account after talking to reviewers and agreeing on the change rather than waiting for everyone to change their votes.

I agree that this is absolutely necessary.

This would be useful at it would speed up the resolution of conflicts. At the moment if there is two of us who have blind reviewed, then we have to sit together, both with laptops on. With this functions then resolution would be quicker as only the lead reviewer would need to make the changes.

This is a mandatory feature to be usable for systematic reviews.
