Capital sensitive keywords
I think it would be very useful if the keywords were not capital sensitive. Thank you

Rules for more than two reviewer conflict
Logical rules to deal with inclusion / exclusion:
ie: A and B say include but C says don't -
allow to make A a higher priority member so that A plus B or C would be included but
B and C without A would still be a conflict6 votes -
Possibility to add comments
Make it possible to add comments to the different References that you include or exclude.
5 votesHi,
You could do this through the labeling feature although this may clutter the list of articles if your labels are too long

making it easier to get to unscreened studies
make it easier to toggle between the refs you have screened and those you have yet to screen. It's very unstable as it is. You have to screen in small batches.

Fix issue where assigned inclusion/exclusion reasons and labels disappear off-screen
Often I want to remove an exclusion or inclusion reason, or a label, but I'm unable to scroll down to the bottom of the list of reasons/labels. I see all the reasons/labels that I haven't assigned to a particular article, but ones I want to remove aren't accessible. This might occur more often when there are lots of reasons/labels - I don't remember.

Combining labels to select references
Being able to use AND when two or more labels are selected. Eg a reference must have both selected labels to be displayed. Currently all references that have either of these labels are displayed.

Progress Indicator
Add an indicator next to folders on left (e.g. keywords, duplicates etc) which shows percentage of papers resolved in that folder. This may also be achieved with a colour coded strip indicating red for incomplete and green for complete. This would then enable a reviewer to move on to other folders without going back and forth into folders already resolved.

Improve the refreshing of categories after actions
Currently if I am in the "unresolved duplicates" category and delete duplicates, they get added to the "deleted" folder but they stay under the "unresolved" category unless I refresh it. Similarly, when I am in the "undecided" category and I include or exclude an article, it stays in the undecided category until I go into the category again. It would be good if these were automatically moved out of these lists after applying these actions, as it gets confusing & is annoying to have to manually refresh every single time.

add the possibility to swipe articles to left (inclusion) or right (exclusion).
Like the Tinder dating app. Each study would then be loaded individually on screen and upon swiping, the next article would present itself. Swiping up or down could mean previous or next, respectively without making a decision.

Developing data folders for collaborators
I am a novice and had help to import my data for sifting. I have invited 6 colleagues to sift a % of the data. I had thought that it would have been intuitive to invite them and at the time send the section of articles to sift it was around 540 for each person. However it seems that I had two choices
1. let them know the number to sift and from what time point. (Didn't do this)
2. I made up folders in end note and then imported them into Rayyan giving each one a collaborators name.
